O.K., so I am on the Yahoo deal. Seems I had it before, but now I got the upgrade. Darren, Al, and I think maybe Stacey, have added me, now how do I add those people?

See the little smiley with the PLUS SIGN...hit there then add...you must know the name(sign on name)..then enter and hit next next....dont' bother fill in whole names...just hit next till finish can be pushed.

Carl - I think the 'adding' business will more
or less work itself out. Stacey for example I've
'accepted' but I don't see his name on my Friends
list yet - but as long as I'm on his, then all he has
to do is IM me, and he'll be automatically added -
I think. You, I can see, on my list, so I'll just
pop you a IM on the night and we'll see what
happens.

Al is "Alalvin". We just need to get everybody posting their names so that we can do that whole "join" thing. I accepted yours Darren, but have not gotten you onto mine, so I am pretty sure that it is like you say, once you sign on and drop me a line while I am there, then all is cool.

The conference thing worked last night for Raggz, Al, and myself, but I have no idea what I did to make it work. I guess it will just take a few times to actually get the hang of it all.

It can't be too difficult to work out. Me, Raggz and Lynsey used to manage it on the older version.

Those that can't see me on their lists, you have got your offline contacts visible on the list, haven't you?

If not, click 'View' at the top of your list, then 'Show', then 'Offline Contacts in Messenger List'.

The new version seems to work better than some of the old ones, it's still got a few glitches, but it is free after all. I still can't get the radio stations to work, but my connection is useless.
